Cocchi Americano + club soda = the best low-ABV drink

I hate Negronis. I thought I hated aperitifs. I love Cocchi. Not too bitter, not too sweet, totally refreshing. Plus, it's an incredibly easy but chic drink to make for a lots of ppl at a party.
